TRADEMARK REGISTRATION
Our company offers a trademark application service for our business clients that want to protect their business name or logo.  Trademarks are becoming an important assets of business today, it is very important to protect your valuable business image. 

A trademark is an identification of a companys product or service, and may be a symbol, word, phrase, logo, or any combination of these. The use of this identification is legally established through registration with the Government. The procedure usually takes around 6-12 months to be completed.  Once registered, trademark renewals are required 10 years after the original date of registration.
 
For the above processes, the following information is required:

• Owner's name, Registration Number, ID number (if personal);
• Trademark Logo to be registered;
• Brief description of business activities;

Once accepted as registrable, your Trademark is published in the Government public notice. There follows a three months period during which oppositions may be filed. If there are no oppositions, your Trademark is formally registered and you will receive a certificate to this effect. Your registration lasts for ten years.
